Unitymedia withdraws satisfaction guarantee

German cable network operator Unitymedia no longer offers a satisfaction guarantee allowing customers to cancel their contract within two months if they are not entirely satisfied. A company spokesperson confirmed to Heise Online that this guarantee would no longer be offered to new customers.
