UOKiK approves takeover of ATM by MCI, ATP investment funds

Following anti-monopoly procedures, the Polish anti-monopoly authority UOKiK has published a decision approving corporate concentration. This concerns the takeover by the MCI Private Ventures investment fund and the ATP investment fund of joint control of the company ATM, which operates data centres.
