UOKiK looks into operators withholding overpayments

Polish antimonopoly and consumer protection authority UOKiK has examined the way the biggest four mobile operators, Polkomtel, P4, T-Mobile Poland and Orange Poland, return overpayments to subscribers after a contract termination. According to UOKiK's findings, operators keep rather large amounts unreturned.
