UOKiK publishes position on inter-operator cooperation

Polish antimonopoly authority UOKiK published its position on cooperation among telecommunications operators, concluding the proceedings started in April 2014. In the final statement, UOKiK analysed access to, interconnection and sharing of frequencies, infrastructure and networks. The authority conducted an analysis of market structure, principles of cooperation among operators in terms of resource sharing and potential benefits and threats for competition resulting from such cooperation.
