UPC Austria covers Friesach region through partnership model

UPC Austria is expanding the coverage of its services to the region Friesach in Karnten, Austria, by cooperating with the company Kabel TV Friesach. Using the partnership model, more than 600 current customers of Kabel TV Friesach will become customers of UPC from July. Together with other inhabitants of the region, they will access the internet on the network of KTV Friesach at up to 300 Mbps. In total, about 2,000 new connections will emerge in the region on UPC's fibre-optic network.
