UPC Switzerland, Elektron offer joint IoT product WiSUN

UPC Switzerland has partnered with Elektron, a Swiss technology company in the energy and infrastructure market, to offer a joint IoT product called WiSUN - Wireless Smart Utility Networks. It is intended for Swiss energy companies and municipal councils to enable them to develop smart cities. Wi-SUN is already in use in millions of applications around the world for controlling street lighting and smart metering for electricity, gas and water and it is currently compatible with over 89 million devices around the world.
