UPC Switzerland introduces new device return service

UPC Switzerland said that it has launched a new service for customer who have to return devices. Customers can now place a defective device, such as an old TV box or modem, into a mailbox, and the postal service will pick it up. Previously, customers had to bring the old device to the post office or order postal pick-up service.
