US approves USD 3.2 bln in broadband subsidies for low-income, epidemic-hit families

US President Trump signed the covid-19 relief bill on 27 December, Cnet reported. Among immediate relief for coronavirus hit people and businesses, the bill also provides USD 3.2 billion in broadband subsidies for low-income families and those financially hit by the virus epidemic.
