US customer satisfaction rises only for wireless services

US customers were not satisfied with telecommunication services at the end of the first quarter, with the exception of wireless services, according to a report from the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI), looking at 36,194 people. Customer satisfaction with subscription television fell 1.5 percent to 64 on a scale of 100, tied with internet service providers for last place among the 43 tracked industries. Internet service providers, fixed-line telephone and cell phones were unchanged while pay TV satisfaction deteriorated.
