US mobile customers more satisfied with purchase experiences - survey

US wireless customers' satisfaction increased among all sales channels since 2018, according to data from J.D. Power. Specifically, the largest customer satisfaction improvement is with phone sales representatives. T-Mobile ranks highest among full-service carriers with a score of 854 followed by AT&T with 846. For non-contract full-service carriers, Metro by T-Mobile ranks highest with a score of 857, followed by Cricket with 851. Consumer Cellular has the highest score, 873, of all non-contract value carriers.
