US SEC charges App Annie, founder with securities fraud

Wednesday 15 September 2021 | 14:31 CET | News
The US Securities and Exchange Commission announced that App Annie, the market researcher for the mobile app industry, and its co-founder and former CEO and Chairman Bertrand Schmitt, agreed to settle securities fraud charges.
