Usain Bolt named Digicel ´Chief Speed Officer´

Telecommunications group Digicel has announced that the world's fastest man, Usain Bolt, has been appointed as its Chief Speed Officer (CSO). In his new role, Bolt will interact with Digicel customers in a number of ways from both a commercial and community point of view, said the company, adding that it has entered into a lifetime partnership with the athlete after sponsoring him since 2004. Under the terms of the deal, the partners will also support aspiring young athletes via speed camps, motivational and mentorship sessions, with Digicel offering a series of technology solutions to help
