Use of e-govt services in Germans remains constant

Half (49%) of German citizens used e-govt services in 2013, a figure which has not increased not decreased since 2009, according to research by ICT industry group Bitkom. According to Eurostat figures, Germany comes in at 10th place across all EU member states for use of e-govt services.
