USTelecom, Incompas propose compromise on local loop regulation

The US operator groups Incompas and USTelecom have submitted to the FCC a jointly developed compromise proposal on plans for deregulating the unbundled local loop market. The FCC proposed in November 2019 plans to end some of the regulated access, while some smaller operators would like the rules maintained.
