V-Speed starts testing new tool for monitoring the internet

Polish company V-Speed will start testing an improved tool for internet quality monitoring. The tests will run until 02 November, according to a statement from the National Industry Group of Ethernet Communication (KIKE). V-Speed had already designed a new speed measuring application for PCs.
