Vectra deploys Avaya omnichannel contact centre

Polish cable operator Vectra has deployed an omnichannel contact centre by Avaya to improve customer experience of Vectra's nearly one million subscribers. The operator required a tool integrating all aspects of the customer service experience, including the ability to proactively reach customers for sale and service opportunities and handling inbound inquiries and requests, as well as the integration with other business applications. The operator selected Sprint, an Avaya channel partner to achieve the objective.
