Velcom upgrades mobile app

Belarusian mobile operator Velcom has upgraded its mobile application 'Velcom Recommends', adding the 'Roaming Assistant' function. The function has facilitated management of services from the operator when roaming. The application can be used by subscribers with mobile devices powered by Android and iOS and downloading the application under the coverage of the Velcom network, before traveling abroad.
