Vendor revenues for Ethernet switch, router markets hit record highs in Q3

Vendor revenues from Ethernet switch and router markets hit record highs in the third quarter, while Cisco's share grew to 53 percent, a level not seen since early 2016, according to a study from Synergy Research Group. Global switching and router revenues passed 11 billion in Q3. For the past four quarter, they amounted to USD 43 billion, representing 1 percent growth on a rolling annualized basis.
