Ventelo changes directory enquiry fees from 01 January

Ventelo said it is simplifying the prices it charges for directory enquiry lines from 01 January. The prices will be the same, regardless of which company is providing the information. The new prices are partly based on changes in costs, but also to make it easier for customers to get an overview. The new prices for calls to the numbers 1880, 1881, 1882, 1885, 1888 and 1890 will be NOK 19.80 per minute including VAT for individual customers, with a connection fee of NOK 8.90 and a call transfer fee of NOK 6.94. For corporate customers, the prices will be NOK 18.50 excluding VAT per minutes,
