Ver.di protests at work conditions of T-Mobile US staff

A T-Mobile US call centre worker in Albuquerque in New Mexico, Carolina Figueroa, has urged shareholders of parent company Deutsche Telekom to stop worker harassment by management at the US subsidiary and encourage it to respect workers' rights to organise. Figueroa is a member of TU, the union of T-Mobile workers. Thousands of Ver.di members have rallied and held actions against the unfair treatment of T-Mobile workers in the US, and workers on both sides of the Atlantic have created workplace partnerships to build solidarity.
