Verhagen had no problem with ideologic filtering

The Dutch ministry of economic affairs said it does not have any problems with the Dijkgraaf amendment, a published letter from the ministry said. Most in the the Lower House of Parliament did have a problem with it, as was seen during the voting on the on the Telecommunications Act. This amendment (which ultimately did not make it) provided a further exception in the Verhoeven amendment on net neutrality, which sought to prohibition the halting or slowing down of certain internet services and applications.
