Verizon FiOS tops Netflix US ISP Index in October

In the US, Bright House cracked the Top 3 in October with an average speed of 3.13 Mbps, joining Verizon FiOS and Cablevision, according to Netflix's latest US and Canada ISP Speed Index. In the US, Verizon FiOS took the top spot with average Netflix streaming speeds of 3.24 Mbps. Cablevision Optimum came in second with average speeds of 3.17 Mbps, followed by Bright House with 3.13 Mbps, Cox with 3.09 Mbps and Charter with 3.08 Mbps. In Canada, Bell Canada Fibre Optic ranked No. 1 among ISPs with average Netflix streaming speeds of 3.30 Mbps. Bell Aliant Fibre Optic came in second with
