Verizon, inContact partner to offer cloud-based services

Verizon has collaborated with cloud-based call centre software provider inContact to offer a suite of cloud-based Virtual Contact Center services to enable multinational businesses and government agencies communicate with their customers. The offering will enable customers of businesses and government agencies to select how they want to contact and interact with the organisation. A customer reaching a company by phone would have the option of speaking with a live agent or requesting a call back if one is not available.
