Verizon joins ONOS project partnership

Verizon joined the Onos project, the open source SDN Network Operating System (Onos) for service providers and mission-critical networks and a Linux Foundation Collaborative Project. Verizon joins other service provider partners in Onos' mission to accelerate adoption of open source SDN and NFV products. As part of Onos, Verizon committed to collaborating with other service and products providers to drive innovative Onos and Onos-based products and requirements to solve the challenges of developing scalable, high-available SDN architectures.
