Verizon powers intuitive customer experiences with Google Cloud

Verizon said it pilots Google Cloud Contact Center Artificial Intelligence to deliver more intuitive customer support through natural-language recognition, faster processing, and real-time customer service agent assistance. The new collaboration with Google Cloud is meant to bring a more natural and streamlined digital experience to Verizon customers in search of support, the company said. The service's artificial intelligence (AI) helps customer care agents respond to customer queries, as well as assist consumers directly.
