Verizon Wireless to offer BlackBerry Classic smartphone

Verizon Wireless has announced plans to offer the BlackBerry Classic smartphone online beginning 26 February and in-stores on 5 March for USD 99.99 with a new two-year activation after a USD 50 mail-in rebate debit card. The BlackBerry Classic smartphone runs on the BlackBerry operating system 10.3.1, and features a 3.5-inch Corning Gorilla Glass display, a 1.5GHz dual-core processor, 16 GB internal storage, expandable to 128 GB with microSD card, and a 2,500mAh battery.
