VHA adds 125,000 customers in 2016

Vodafone Hutchison Australia (VHA) saw its total customer base grow by 125,000 customers to 5.56 million at 31 December 2016, which represents an increase of 2.3 percent year-on-year, boosted by the postpaid segment. EBITDA jumped 12.2 percent year-on-year to AUD 912.1 million, while revenue excluding MTR increased 5.7 percent year-on-year to AUD 3.2 billion. VHA's roaming revenue jumped 42 percent in 2016.
