Viacom threatens to pull channels on DirecTV as licensing talks fail

Viacom is threatening to pull its channels from AT&T's DirecTV service from 22 March if the companies don't agree a new carriage deal. The broadcaster has been running spots on its channels warning viewers that Nickelodeon, Comedy Central, BET, MTV and other channels could go dark on DirecTV, Variety reports.
