Viavi revenues up 3.8% to USD 220.4 mln in March quarter

Wednesday 4 May 2016 | 14:41 CET | News
Viavi Solutions reported revenues up 3.8 percent year on year to USD 220.4 million in its fiscal third quarter to 31 March. The network performance and monitoring specialist, which was spun off from JDSU last year, said its net profit for the quarter came to USD 27.4 million, or USD 0.12 per share, up from a net loss of USD 35.8 million, or USD 0.16 per share. The company said the results were above the midpoint of its guidance thanks to the performance of its OSP segment's anti-counterfeiting business.
