Viber expands B2B offering with Service Message API

Viber, a messaging app with more than 606 million users, started offering a number of opportunities to partners worldwide, including service messages and promotional sticker packs. The introduction of a new A2P (app to person) technology allows businesses to send informative and personal messages to their customers on Viber. This API enables telecommunication companies who deliver service messages on behalf of businesses, such as banks or credit card providers, to engage with customers using Viber's familiar instant messaging platform.
