Viettel Telecom, Mopay ink carrier billing agreement

Mobile payment services provider Mopay and Vietnam operator Viettel Telecom have signed a carrier billing partnership agreement. The deal will enable mopay's international merchant portfolio to allow Viettel's 58 million user base to transact with mopay. Purchases of digital goods that are billed through the Viettel phone bill can now be processed. Mopay will introduce its platform with a direct integration into Viettel's billing platform.
