Virgin Media Ireland ends Q1 with 1.05 million RGUs

Virgin Media Ireland ended Q1 2016 with a total of 1.05 million RGUs, compared to 1.07 million a year earlier. Video RGUs fell to 332,600, down from 359,000 in Q1 2015; with internet RGUs up to 367,700, from 365,800, and telephony RGUs up to 35,200, from 349,600. Total organic RGU net losses were 17,100 in Q1, with the company losing 10,700 video, 3,500 internet and 2,900 telephony net RGUs in the quarter.
