Virgin Media Ireland sees 52% fall in complaints in Q3

Virgin Media Ireland said it's doing better than other fixed operators in terms of customer complaints. ComReg's latest Consumer Line Statistics Report for the third quarter shows that the regulator received substantially fewer complaints about Virgin Media compared to other fixed service providers.
