Virgin Mobile Saudi Arabia hires Genesys for customer care

Virgin Mobile Saudi Arabia has announced that Genesys will provide it with a digital customer service centre. According to ITP.net, the partnership will unify Virgin's points and communication channels, including its accounts on social networks.
