Vision 4 channel to launch in Togo - report

The television channel Vision 4 will soon go on air in Togo following a hearing granted by the president to Jean-Pierre Amougou Belinga, the owner of the channel, Nextvame reported. The businessman presented his Vision 4 installation project to the president who declared himself to be in favour of the project. For now, no official decision is announced, but the negotiations "are progressing well".
