Visma Marine, marine division of Visma, software and consultancy firm, will be acquired by Station 12 (Netherlands), satellite operator 65% owned by KPN (Netherlands), telecoms firm, and 35% by Telstra (Australia), telecoms firm, for Euro84.5 mil. Station 12 will also pay off some Euro5 mil in Visma Marine's debt to Visma. Station 12 contains the satellite operations of KPN and Telstra, in particular the areas aimed at the maritime market. Visma Marine will operate as an independent division of Station 12.
