Vital appoints Optus' MacIntyre as CTO

New Zealand telecom operator Vital has appointed Stuart MacIntyre as its chief technology officer. He brings to Vital over 20 years of international telecommunications and digital transformation experience. He previously served as director of network strategy at Australian operator Optus.
