Viva Bahrain launches unified cloud communications service

Viva Bahrain has teamed up with Avaya to offer Unified Communications-as-a-Service (UCaaS) to businesses across Bahrain. The operator will host Avaya's unified communications, video and contact centre solutions and make them available to enterprises in a cloud services model, enabling organisations to purchase the capacity and services they require, as and when needed, without large upfront costs.
