Vivacom compensates subs with minutes after glitch

Vivacom will compensate its customers for the temporary lack of access to mobile voice services from 29 August. The lack of services was felt in the Sofia region. All customers who had a technical problem with mobile voice services will be compensated with 50 minutes for calls to all national networks and the first international zone. Bonus minutes will be included in the next reporting period and must be requested from 30 August to 15 September on the company's website.
