Vivendi has quietly acquired 65 percent of French online ticket vendor Digitick from venture capitalists Partech, CM-CIC and Innovacom for EUR 29 million, reports La Tribune. Vivendi start-up funding affiliate SFR Developpement already owned 27 percent of Digitick and values the company at EUR 45 million. The remainder of equity is held by founders and directors Emmanuel Guyot and Sylvain Lumbroso. Digitick quartered its loss to EUR 2.5 million on a turnover up 66 percent to EUR 20 million in 2009.
