Vivendi issues EUR 600 million bond

Vivendi has announced a EUR 600 million bond issue placed with institutional investors. The 7-year fixed-rate bond, which was oversubscribed 1.9 times, has a coupon of 1.125% and a yield of 1.155%. It allows Vivendi to extend the average maturity of its bond debt to 4.5 years.
