Vivo opens Nairobi service centre, plans branches in Mombasa and Eldoret

Global smartphone brand Vivo plans to expand its presence in the Kenyan market. Arthur Xian, CEO of Vivo Kenya, said that the company has opened new customer service centre in Nairobi Central Business District and plans to launch others in Mombasa and Eldoret in 2020. In 2019, it launched the V17 Pro smartphone in Kenya market and invested in offline retail stores.
