Vivo tests 5G mobile network in 3.5 GHz band with Huawei

Vivo and Huawei have conducted a test of 5G technology on the Brazilian operator's mobile network. The test took place in a building of the operator in Rio de Janeiro, using CPE and base station equipment for the 3.5 GHz band with massive Mimo support (64x64) and a virtualised core with network slicing.
