Vivo to integrate Aura platform with Google Assistente

Saturday 9 June 2018 | 15:35 CET | News
Telefonica's digital assistant system, Aura, will be integrated with Google Assistente by Brazilian operator Vivo, reports Teletime. The operator will thus allow mobile service customers to talk to the platform itself through compatible devices requesting information about account, data consumption and top-u balance, for example. The operator expects to make the resource available to the mobile base from September. By the end of this year, Aura should be present in other service channels of the operator.
