VKI wins ruling against T-Mobile Austria e-bill policy

Austrian consumer group VKI has won a court ruling against T-Mobile Austria's practice of automatically moving customers to online billing and then having to request to receive paper bills. The Vienna Court of Appeal ruled in favour of the VKI which claimed that the changes amounted to unfair competition and were unlawful.
