VNPT accused of wastefulness

Vietnam's Government Inspectorate has accused the Viet Nam Posts and Telecommunications Group (VNPT) of being wasteful. According to the Inspectorate, the state-owned company has made significant investment mistakes which have been costly. Inspectors found that many projects were seven to eight months behind schedule, pushing up investment costs and causing a decline in capital efficiency, Viet Nam News writes.
