Vocalcom, Zesko launch virtual call centre service

Vocalcom and cable operator Zesko have launched an 'on-demand' contact centre service. Contact Center Live is a software-based service for a virtual contact centre. Customers can take it as software-as-a-service, requiring no investment in equipment for their own contact centre. The service is available both for enterprises using VoIP and for analogue phone systems, with pricing based on number of users and actual use.
