Vodacom announces 70% saving on out-of-bundle data, free data rollover

Vodacom South Africa has announced tariff changes to various plans and packages, including a reduction in out-of-bundle rates by as much as 70 percent, and an update to initiatives linked to ICASA's new end-user and subscriber service charter requirements.
