Vodacom compensates users for dropped calls

Mozambique mobile operator Vodacom has started compensating customers of its prepaid and hybrid plans with MZN 6 of bonus (1 minute free) for each interrupted call due to technical reasons. These include network failure, wireless interface failure, signal transition failure and unavailability of wireless resources. The MZN 6 bonus per dropped call can be used for calls on-net. Vodacom compensates up to five calls per day.
