Vodacom DRC zero-rates websites and apps to combat Covid-19

Vodacom DRC  has zero rated all government websites and applications that inform the public about the Covid-19 pandemic. Vodacom DRC said its also creating a zero-rated ConnectU platform to share information around the virus. A regular SMS broadcast will be sent to Vodacom DRC's entire customer base with information and updates from the government.
